Bane-Nelson, Inc. was selected as Design/Build Contractor for the construction of a ~20,000 sqft hardware store and associated site improvements. Teaming with Partners in Design Architects, a Butler PEMB structure was designed and constructed to meet the needs of the client, as well as be aesthetically pleasing and a great fit for the area’s architecture. The Butler structure allowed for wide open interior spaces and an engineered and efficient building envelope. Many considerations were taken with regard to site layout and storm water run-off and retention and creative solutions were implemented to meet local and state requirements for the best possible price point.
